Move In Process

One application per resident, 18 years of age or older, planning to live on the premises. 

Applications consist of a credit check, employment verification, rental history, criminal background check, and PetScreening.  Details are in the application packet. 

Applications take one business days to process as long as all documents are submitted in the online application system.

Upon approval of application an electronic lease is sent out for signing, the potential tenant has 48 hours to sign the documents or the e-lease is considered void and the next qualified applicant in-line will be given the lease opportunity.

Once approved, you have two business days to pay the security deposit through your online tenant portal.  Cash is not accepted. If it’s not paid on time, the property will go to the next applicant in line. Paying the deposit obligates you to sign a lease or you forfeit the deposit.

 All tenant responsible utilities must be in the tenant’s name within 24 hours of lease signing.

A link will be emailed to set up your tenant portal so you can review and sign your lease, move in inspection, and your deposit and rent online. 

Key will be given to tenants prior to move-in after all monies due are collected.
