Applying for a Rental

All SEMORents tenants and co-signers must complete an application and meet our qualifying criteria.

Rental Application Policy and Procedure

All applications must be complete and all application fees paid prior to any application being processed.

Completed applications are not processed over weekends but are quickly handled each Monday.

A complete application will contain:

  • Completed online application for SEMORents (One for each individual 18 years and older).

​

  • $40 non-refundable application fee paid for each and all applicants.

​

  • Include your income documents and verification and ID documents within your online application!

​

  • Application fees are non-refundable.
